All seems fine on the Western front for now. The cowboy has kicked some ass around the world and is now time for digesting the loot. It seems for now we don't have to invade, detain without charges, or torture anyone until the next Hooveresqu event. But don't worry the empire is busy collecting information on everyone, I mean any sole they can so to improve reaction time in the next conflict. We are all becoming well known to the secret organizations that now exist to know us better for our own good! All you have to do is look over your shoulder. I am sure this blog is also being watched!!!

Palestine - Israel

The TWO state solution of today's discussion is only phase 1 of the final single nation outcome. Lets not forget that, they both need to begin to contemplate this eventuality.

Single Nation Under Three Profits

Happy RamaHoniChris day!!!!
Well, well -- our own dictator lifted the emergency rule in Pakistan but slightly modifying the law to keep himself above the law. We in the west again (I should say will) support dictators that will help with flow of the OIL or our goods to their markets to feed our unmitigated need to produce fro sake production. The ones with bigger guns have won again.

Congratulation WEST has done it ---

9/11 a distant memory
Christmas shopping in full swing - shop until drop in full swing
Resistance neutered for now until another head grows
Our special advisers are all fully deployed
Torture is redefined to fit our needs ( unless someone else does it)
Homeland security is now an institution

Merry Holiday and Merry Intelligent Design

Whats up with the one day peace conference in Annapolis when 70 years of war and occupation has been the rule. Its funny the place it was chosen to hold this time waster in called "AnnaPOIS". Its fitting that what Palestinians have lived under for over 70 years has been the POLICE rule. Again one STATE solution or WEST will keep materially and morally defending the occupier. Of course until it no longer pencils out in terms of benefit/costs. Much like other colonial and democratliberation campaigns of the 20th and 21th centuries.

As I said before --- we in the west pretty much have forgotten the illegal and immoral invasion and occupation of Iraq. People and governments in Europe and US have moved on to other issues. The history will then have to be repeated again. The enemies such as Alqaida, Islamofacists, Taliban, Hezbollah, ...etc. are just common enemies. Until of course next spectacular attack from them. The whole scaring the bejusis out of the uninformed and ill-equipped electorate to let the government handle their safety and well being worked.

For the time being even the evil doers are taking time off and don't seem to have any action plans. Of course hundreds of the Arabs, Afghans, and Pakis die everyday but who gives a whoot!!! They don't worth as much anyways. Oh, another thing, we have all settled on one or two "Alliance Force" deaths a day as acceptable price of freedom. Isn't like an episode of Deep Space 9 or Glactica?????

Alright we in our cosy home in US are so removed from reality of our empire working for us that our media reports events in Iraq with no "WOW' reaction. Here is such a report of an incident in Baghdad involving foreign security forces aka hired guns to supplement US army:

Four armored SUVs — three white and one gray — were about 100 yards from a main intersection in the Shiite-controlled district. As the car, a white Oldsmobile, moved into the crossroads, the Unity guards threw a smoke bomb in an apparent bid to warn the car not to come closer, said Riyadh Majid, an Iraqi policeman who saw the shooting.
Two of the Unity guards then opened fire. The woman driving the car tried to stop, but was killed along with her passenger. Two of three people in the back seat were wounded.

How does the White House or others in the elected and non-elected side of US government will spin this and other occupation crimes. I know the "US get of Iraq" minded democrats will window dress this and other atrocities being committed in Iraq in our names too. After all they voted for this and can't turn back track their slightly different counter parts the "elephants". These two four legged mammals are much alike when it comes to real issues anyways particularly foreign affairs.

How is this pssible in a freedom minded open sociatiy? Let alone AP reporting such an oxy moran event as planned opening of an "embassy" in an occupied land by the occupier:

Opening of US Embassy in Iraq delayed AP = 10-4-2007

If it was Russia or Cuba we would laugh out loud about it. But its our own god loving, freedom based system that is accountable and responsive to its people!!!!

Well, here we are again --- US plans $2.3B arms sale to Iraq. I don't know that an occupied country can buy arms from the occupier. This must be another part of the market economy doctrine that we don't know much about.

There is something wrong with this picture - You have over 300,000 soldiers and hired guns occupying Iraq and now have to sell them arms so, "they can take over policing their nation". Why not take their oil then also.

Friday, September 14, 2007

Considering logical realities of an occupied land any Iraqis that is pictured along side US political or army figures will be a target. At the end that individual will either be dead or living in California. We all witnessed the same in Vietnam. So why we are doing this? And more importantly why Iraqis are doing this --- I say Iraqis should be their own people and not rely on foreign forces for legitimacy or political support. For the US they should stay out of the lime light, if not for any other reason then the fact its just "killing" those people.

Besides now US is a co-conspirator for crimes against humanity our "Iraqi Allies" are committing. Are we ready to go to Hague and defend our actions????

I am not sure if its me or if others see the absurdly of US settling the nuclear dispute with North Korea just because they got the bomb. Doesn't that tell every country that sees itself in US cross hair or real (or perceived) interests in danger to go get the bomb. The west with US leadership is reinforcing the old and destructive notion that only powerful wins. It is a sad day for our human race to be reduced to such a primal being. I hoped, I guess naively, that we perhaps reached a high enough level to rise above our animalistic nature and resolve conflicts without use or even threat of force.

With the North Korean settlement mess we have moved back the clock on any progress we may have made on peaceful conflict settlement. We continue to reward violence with violence, invoke fear of violence to justify inflicting violence and terror on others on the grounds of preserving "democracy and freedom". We raise nationalistic blood pressure to justify preemptive military attach on our "enemies". We lump whole lot of people as our enemy and broadcast fear to our citizens to justify our actions.

Meanwhile the little white dove is getting tired of flying solo.

If we as people are not careful this whole mess will set us back few decades -----

Here is the CNN headline for today:

"US rethinks vision for Iraq" and you tell me we are not an empire!!! Also don't ask why they hate us.

Monday, August 20, 2007

I was just wondering why there needs to be so much mistrust, animosity and conflict in international relations. Looking at my immediate surrounding it appears that almost all of our conflicts are based on not a profound evil vs good differences but rather little misunderstandings leading to bigger and bigger gap. The Arab and Zionism conflict is basically compilation of mistrust accented with disregard for natives of that land beginning in 1800's. Now both sides live with these monster of hate and vengeance. Is that what we are as human being, perhaps so, since it appears that we are not moving on any path that could change the paradigm.

As an Iranian expat I was asked to plug a very good Iranian-American young and hip Internet TV site named WWW.bebin.tv so here it goes ------ You see, I had not planned to plug anything in my blog but promises are made to be broken, OK.

No. 2 US commander in Iraq said today "we are planning quick strike raids to smash al-quada and other insurgence in all of Iraq before reducing our forces". I bet same promises were made in Vietnam. Insurgency of this kind by definition could not be smashed, they are fighting in their homeland. The "homeland insecurity" will have to be smashed.

Thanks to US invasion and occupation of Iraq and several decades of colonial rule before that and ruthless Iraqi rulers Arab world and Iraqi's can have larger pool of "widow prostitutes". The killing and mayhem has produced young Iraqi women that now have to sell their bodies to feed themselves and their children. I don't see any investigating reporter on this beat!!!! WONDER WHY????

Sunday, August 12, 2007

Here is another mass media 9/11 fear based avoidance of reality:

No one reports on life in Iraq as if the 27 million people do not exist. Its now just Alqada, Iran, Shia, and Sunnis that are involved in fighting and occasionally killing few US soldiers. What about the people? Women, children, elderly, teachers, shop keepers, engineers, taxi drivers, .....

What happened to lack of food, electricity, fuel, health care, and all those other amenities we blamed Saddam on--- does anyone even remember!!

What we don't, can't, or choose not to remember is bound to be repeated again much like years of killings and carnage.
Its amazing that still military and political machine can blame Iraq carnage on everything but US occupation. Are these people real or what. To top the amazement mass media still fearful of 9/11 goes along with this like nice little sheep. I haven't read a single major paper that would suggest perhaps Iraqi's are fighting occupation and foreign soldiers lording over them.

Suggest watching the movie "Algiers". No one, I say no one would cow down before occupation.

The global military industrial complex is hard at work:

$20B Arms sales to Gulf States
$49B Arms give away to Israel and Egypt
Major France arms sales to Libya

To only list the few major achievements and we the little people are kept occupied with global warming, AIDs, starving Africans, sub prime fiasco, still recovering from US mass corporate fraud of 1990's, Gas prices, China taking your job .........................................

Sunday, July 29, 2007

We in US must be relieved that Israel is ok with us selling Saudi Arabia and others in the region $20B worth of military hardware. Why not just ask Saudi royal family to pay $20B for protection and let contractors (hired guns) do the job. Then we don't have to worry what if these weapons fall in to evil doers hands. We could also let Israel decide how and when to sell our military weapons in Middle East.

Does anybody wonder anymore why they hate us???
Here is the headline from major coporate news media " US plans $20B arms sales to Middle East". As if the buyers are bunch of 2 year olds that must/will listen to daddy!!! Don't you wonder why they hate us and thier puppet leaders -----

Wednesday, July 25, 2007

So much has been said and written about Saudis Wahabiasim and how its penetrated into even their school text books. I wonder how Israel is addressing its treatment of Palestinians in their text books? Are they telling their young people how their grandfathers expelled millions of Palestinians to make room for their homeland. I guess not and no one will report on that in our corporate media since the subject is untouchable. I wonder how long we can keep this double standard going and have a straight face about it. Arabs are not buying that anymore and so rest of the world.

Tuesday, July 24, 2007

Keep partisan politics and patriotism out of college campases, let the freedom ring in that last hamlet for unashamed, unregulated, unedited, uncorporated,...... to remain free to lash out at will. That goes for Colorado University as well. So much fear after 9/11, we must shake this paranoia loose or all will not be well for long.

Sunday, July 22, 2007

The problem with unjust and without cause occupation of another nation is that you keep getting deeper and deeper in justifying violent suppression of natural/organic will to fight the occupier. This cycle continues until your original objectives become a faded memory and irrelevant. All you deal with then is the next attack and how to manage your next counter attack. Your soldiers become either numb to the unjust nature of their presents and few get vocal about the wrongs they are doing. But vast majority of them will carry on like a good soldier, because that is what they are trained to do and its human nature. It has nothing to do with valor or patriotism, these two qulaities come to play only when you fight injustice.

Mean while the occupied's goal remain the same as the first they of the shock and awe. The few sick soldiers will commit atrocities that will go unpunished, because you can't afford to deal with them just like in Vietnam, Israel, Sudan, Kuwait, Afghanistan, .... Few soldiers will do good humanitarian things but their work will drown in the sea of death and destruction.

Again its not the soldiers that are the evil doers. The policy makers will have to answer for this act. They who proposed and voted to invade and occupy knowing this would be the outcome, don't let them fool you that they didn't know. If they didn't know that we would be here today five years after that decision the whole system and political establishment is doomed. So, I don't believe for a minute that they didn't know!!!!

Thursday, July 12, 2007

Here is another twisted irony piling up on top of everything surreal we have experienced since 9/11. For US to withdraw from Iraq at this time is in par with same illegal and immoral decision to invade and occupy this poor (not withstanding vast oil and gas reserves) country.

That would be an outrageous chapter in our human story ----- God save the empire ---

Monday, July 09, 2007

Major news outlet in US today carried "Iraq government missed all targets", gee, didn't south Vietnam miss then all too way back when. This says a lot about our independent US media that is still fearful of truth after over 4 years of lies and deception they've so patriotically have carried.

Sunday, July 08, 2007

More than 1/2 the people in US "now" want/like to impeach Bush and VP. Unfortunately its too little and too late. After 4 years slim majority of Americans re-elected him and his way of moving forward, every unjust killing and mayhem inflicted on young American and Iraqi lives can not be washed away by this nonsense show of displeasure. Americans will have to take the blame as much as Bush for going after them to revenge 9/11 and collectively punish them. Regardless of just cause and without even pretending to prove guilt before the "shock and awe".

After few years now we might forget but will they? --- only time will tell ---

I wonder what is the real story behind Iraq's so called new "Oil Law". We in this side of the pond as usual get snippets of what is unfolding over in the oil rich protectorate. From another perspective perhaps this is nothing since all this talk will be mute after our soldiers leave!!!

I am sure like every other covert operation that US has undertaken like assassinating Fidel this will come out later.

How long we will covertly manage the world ---- Time is running out, I think, may be ---

Regarding Chemical Ali's trial and verdict- The warior tradition continues with the battlefield victor determining how the vanquished is tried and punished. Even though this man without a thought is a despicable killer but somehow they (Saddam's regime) were provided (again knowingly without a thought) the means and know how to kill so many innocent people in such a savage and cowardly way. We know that they would not be able to do this on their own. Much like the states that use cluster and chemical bombs to inflict maximum direct and collateral casualty.

I suspect we in the west will never find out "rest of the story" about who knew what and when until there is another victor sometime in the future that will try and punish the vanquished!!

This is has been the legacy of our shameful humanity -- With this in play who cares about the greenhouse gases -- I sure don't.

Monday, June 11, 2007

The common thread between socialism, colonialism, and imperialism is that from the moment they manifest themselves in the societies forces will line up to oppose them until their eventual demise.

Are we there yet?

Saturday, June 09, 2007

The reasonable rational person would cringe at the Iraq massacre, then why this violent crime does not resonate with decent people of this world. Did we sit unmoved while Nazis were exterminating the Jews? Perhaps we did for a while, that is why 6 million perished!!!!

I am still utterly amazed how almost everyone has accepted the unlawful invasion and occupation of Iraq. I don't know, may be I'm way off on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday, February 06, 2007

Dear freedom fighters and evil doers --- Last time US pulled out of a mess our elected government created 2,000,000 Cambodians dead, NOW I wonder how many Sunnis/Shiite/Kurds will die to keep our 401K and Lotte's coming?? This will be of course aside from hundreds of thousand that are and will be dead before our boys are ordered home.

What if Smith, Weber, Hayak, and all other capitalist and Calvinists new this would become of their ideals would they still be advocating the greatest social/economical model mankind would ever know??? Or have we moved passed their vision of "Rational Governance"?
